Hi, my name is Julie and I provide automatic driving lessons in Blairgowrie, Perth and Dundee.
Following a successful 25 years in the Royal Air Force completing a variety of roles as an RAF Policewoman I have returned to Scotland to settle with my 2 children.
Emotionally intelligent and an effective communicator, friends suggested I should become a driving instructor as I have a calming demeanour, and I am very patient.
I have completed my instructor training through the LDC system, which allows for flexibility and for every student to work at their own pace, regardless of which course you chose.
I love to impart my knowledge to assist students with making good, sound decisions and develop new skills. I thrive on watching that skill develop into a safer driver of the future. I’m highly passionate about education, welfare and wellbeing therefor I aim to make every lesson as enjoyable and productive as possible. Lessons will be conducted in a calm, friendly and relaxed manner as I believe in making pupils feel at ease creates a happy learning environment which in turn produces the best results.
My hobbies include fitness, running, swimming, rugby, dog training, nutrition, healthy diet, cooking, baking and fine dining.
